Health Education Workshops

It’s impossible to turn on the television, pick up a magazine or surf the web without finding something related to health and fitness. With so much information to sift through, do you find it difficult knowing what to believe and how it applies to you?

That’s why I’ve developed a variety of workshops focusing on popular topics related to health and fitness. During each workshop we’ll review the latest research, then discuss practical strategies you can implement to help achieve your health and fitness goals. The workshops are both fun and informative, so check out the Calendar of events to find one that’s right for you…
