I spend as much time as possible in nature and love to cross-country and downhill ski, hike, sea kayak, cycle, and inline skate. I combine my outdoor and professional interests by coaching Special Olympics Nordic ski racing, teaching at triathlon camps, and presenting workshops for sea kayakers, hikers and climbers.
I also love to travel and learn more about different cultures. I’ve taken several trips to Europe and served on mission teams to Thailand, Japan and Kenya. I use my travel experiences to help clients plan trips to various destinations, incorporate ethnic foods into their meal plans, and develop strategies for traveling on the road.
I take a personal interest in my clients, and enjoy teaching as well as learning from them. I believe that health and fitness should be fun and fit easily into your lifestyle. If you’re tired of “dieting” and sweating through exercise you don’t enjoy, please give me a call. I’d love to help you find a new approach to health and wellness.
